Description:
This key role is to work as an integral part of the BPCS support team located at our Head Office in Telford providing application support for clients of Syan Limited. Knowledge of BPCS 6.04 Mixed mode, 6.1 Client/Server and 6.1 Mixed mode is essential for this role. It is also desirable for a candidate to have knowledge of at least one of the following:
- Business Objects (data warehousing)
- Carteras (debt collector)
- Cashbook (cash and bank management)
- ADPS (document printing management)
- DTD (document management)
- EDI (EDI/400 Harbinger)
- CSP (telesales software)
- E3 (inventory management - used for POs)
- Siebel (machine servicing/cust orders)
This role is part of a team that works on a rota covering the hours of 7am to 7pm from Monday to Friday. Some Bank Holiday working will be required on a rota basis which can be done remotely.
