Recognising the need for a service that offers customers a complete Managed
Availability environment, without the hassle of upfront capital costs,
Syan has developed its hosted Managed Availability services.
With our Managed Availability service, we provide all hardware, software
and network components of the solution to deliver a complete end-to-end
service. Back-up computers are housed at one of our purpose built data
centres. These are secure facilities with air conditioning, fire detection
systems, UPS cover and back-up generators, fire safety and off-site storage
facilities.
In the event of a system failure or a disaster at your premises, our
backup systems are unaffected and provide a fast route to business recovery.
Should you need to relocate staff, communications can be quickly re-established
between your recovery site and Syan's data centre.
Complete off-site service
Our Managed Availability service incorporates full 24x7 operational support
for our backup servers and can be extended to include remote support for
your production servers. Alternatively, production servers can also be
relocated to one of Syan’s data centres for a fully outsourced solution.
Operational support for our Managed Availability servers includes:
