Syan provides a complete, nationwide supply, implementation and support
service for desktop PC's, Intel servers, Citrix and associated networks
with accreditations from all the major hardware manufacturers.
As a Gold member of the Citrix Solution Advisors Network, we have accredited
engineers capable of implementing, supporting and managing all Citrix
server systems. Syan is currently hosting and managing large Citrix implementations
on a full 24 x 7 basis for a number of our customers.
Our long established and highly regarded hardware
maintenance service delivers the guaranteed fix times that users demand,
not just the guaranteed call response that is offered by other companies.
By providing a guaranteed fix time we help our customers to minimise downtime
and protect their investment in hardware. Our maintenance and support operation is truly nationwide with a central repair and refurbishment centre in Telford and engineering teams located throughout the country.
Syan’s Engineering Department is based in Telford and is accredited
to carry out warranty repairs on HP/Compaq, Toshiba and IBM products.
Syan is an IBM Premier Warranty Service Provider for all xSeries systems.
All bench repairs are carried out in the static-safe environment of our
purpose built workshops and we can also provide a bench repair or on-site
repair service for many types of printers and other peripherals.
